The prices indicated are per night for the chosen solution (“Villa le Querce”, “Apt Bilocale il Fico”, “Villa le Querce + Apt Bilocale il Fico”).
These will be considered extra heating (from November to April inclusive), tourist tax (€1.50 per person per night).

The rates include:
Overnight stay, bed linen, set of towels, hairdryer, Wi-Fi internet, exclusive use of the chosen property (“Villa le Querce”, “Bilocale il Fico”, “Villa le Querce + Bilocale il Fico”), outdoor swimming pool (open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October, for shared use in case of booking of the Apt Bilocale Il Fico solution), internal parking.

At the time of booking, except for any non-refundable promotions, a deposit will be required as a form of guarantee.

If you arrive by train, at the nearby San Piero a Sieve station you can request a NCC service or a taxi, or proceed on foot. It is advisable to arrive by car, since the villa is in the countryside and far from local public transport routes.

Staying at Relais Villa Le Querce you won't have to worry about where to leave your car, the property has a private internal parking lot with video surveillance.

For the moment we have preferred not to accept the stay of pets, but if you would like to bring it with you, we would be extremely happy to evaluate the feasibility, case by case.

We are sorry but smoking is not allowed inside our accommodations, you can do it in the outdoor spaces by helping us not to throw cigarette butts on the ground, respecting the guests who will stay after you.

Children up to the age of 3 stay free of charge if they sleep in their parents' bed or in a cot provided on request.
