Reservation Policy:
Rates are net in EUR per night for the selected solution, taxes and services included.

Credit card is required for guaranting your reservation.
The payment of the total amount must be made 7 days before your arrival date.
The city tax of € 1,50 per person per night is NOT included and will be paid in cash on site.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and/or changes are FREE if requested within 60 days before the expected date of arrival and must be communicated via email.

For cancellations made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the amount of the stay will be charged.

For cancellations made in less than 72 hours, the TOTAL amount of the stay will be charged.

In the case of prepaid rates, your credit card details will be used to pay for your stay at the time of booking.
