The carefully designed spaces see the main Villa divided into 2 floors:

- Ground floor: spacious entrance with stone staircase, large dining room with a table for 14 people, air conditioning and a fireplace in pietra serena and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the park area with barbecue and wisteria pergola where you can organize shaded lunches and, thanks to the lighting system, pleasant al fresco dinners at the end of the day.
To complete the ground floor, a small service bathroom with washing machine and a living room with terracotta floors and a round arch, sofas, smart TV and a corner dedicated to chess games.
- First floor: 5 double bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning system and mosquito nets.

A Love Nest in the Heart of Tuscany

Attached to the main villa, with independent access from the garden, is the "Il Fico" apartment with a double bedroom without air conditioning, bathroom with shower, kitchenette and living room with sofa bed and air conditioning, to accommodate up to 4 people.

The perfect place for those who do not want to give up their privacy, while deciding to share the living room with other people.

If you choose the Villa solution (up to 10 people) + Il Fico Two-Room Apartment (up to 4 people), all spaces will be for the exclusive use of a single group of guests.

If you choose the "Two-Room Apartment" solution only, the main Villa may be subject to booking by other guests, thus providing for the shared use of the outdoor spaces, swimming pool and pool house.

If you choose the "Villa" solution, the Il Fico Two-Room Apartment will not be bookable, guaranteeing total privacy to the group of 10 people who will stay at Le Querce.

The entire structure is surrounded by a large, partially fenced and finely maintained park, with centuries-old oaks and numerous species of plants and flowers.

A charming stone staircase leads to the 6x12m swimming pool with a variable depth of 0.50 to 1.50m, open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

Numerous shaded corners are available to you, such as the pergola for relaxing breakfasts, lunches, aperitifs and dinners, the area with the brick barbecue and the new panoramic terrace with outdoor furniture.
Every space will be at your disposal to enjoy the view of the valley or read a book accompanied by the chirping of birds in all periods of the year or the song of cicadas in the warmer months.
